We do not include as students those with lecturing and other jobs, who are also studying, except under very particular circumstances (ask us).<\/p>\n<p><sup>3<\/sup>) Those earning $30,000 per year or less.<\/p>\n<p>The fees include coffee break catering twice daily and the conference dinner.
