ASC has taken care to compile as accurate a list of available materials (given below) as we can. We are currently unable to perform realtime inventory updates as purchases are processed. Because of this, some items in the list provided on this Webpage may turn out to be out of stock.

Orders submitted to the ASC Bookstore are collated into a 'batch' which is processed no less frequently than once a month.

As a result, please understand there may be a lapse of a very few weeks between the time you submit your order and the time it is processed and shipped.

If you transmit a hardcopy form of payment (e.g., cheque, money order, postal giro), it must be made out in US dollars and made payable to ' ASC '.

The ASC Bookstore has the ability to accept payment via credit card. Simply indicate your credit card type and enter the requested credit card data on the Bookstore Order Form.

Prices quoted for the available items include packing and postage. No additional shipping and handling fees need to be calculated, unless...

• Download the Form as a PDF (Acrobat) File and print it out. You will need the free Acrobat Reader software to view and print the file.

  If you don't have Acrobat Reader, you can download it for free by clicking on the button to the left...

  This is probably the best option if you intend to mail in a hardcopy order form (e.g., when using a check or money order for payment). This is not a workable option for email submissions, because you cannot modify a PDF file using Acrobat Reader - you can only view it and print it out.
   
  

• Download the Form as a Microsoft Word '95 File. This is the best option if you use Microsoft Word and you prefer to fill out the form electronically. If you'd like to order via email using a credit card, this is a good option. If you prefer, you can print out your completed file and mail it in.

  (Works for Windows - MS Word '95 or later and Mac - MS Word 6.0 or later)
   
  

• Download the Form as a Rich Text Format (RTF) File and print it out. The RTF format is recognized by most popular word processors. This is the best option if you use a word processor other than Microsoft Word and you prefer to fill out the form electronically. If you'd like to order via email using a credit card, this is a good option. If you prefer, you can print out your completed file and mail it in.

  (Should work with most word processors other than MS Word, though formatting may appear more 'crude' than with the other options above)
