To get to the conference site at the Quality Inn Hotel and Conference Center by air, we recommend trying to book flights into Dayton International Airport. It is only a 35-minute drive from the airport to the hotel and there are several options for transportation.
Together with the Wayne County Convention & Tourism Bureau we have arranged a shuttle bus service for conference attendants between Dayton International Airport and the Quality Inn Hotel and Conference Center (our conference venue).

If you are renting a car, then Indianapolis International or Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International airports are also options for air travel. Please note that renting a car at an airport is substantially cheaper than renting a car in the city of Richmond.
Although taxi service is readily available for travel around Richmond, a car is recommended for ease of transportation to the various attractions that the greater Richmond area has to offer. Whether using taxi/shuttle service from/to the airport or renting a car at the airport, making reservations ahead of time is highly recommended.
Richmond is also approximately 4.5 hours drive from Chicago O’Hare airport.
