This is not a conference where the main activity is paper presentations.
Authors will, normally, present and develop their papers informally, in the conversations the conference is designed to develop. Because papers are connected to the conference theme and sub-themes, a paper will be deemed to have been presented to the conference through the participation of the author in the conference. The consequent final modification of the paper prior to publication will result from the sum of the discussions at the conference, which we consider a form of paper refereeing.
However, paper authors who wish to present their papers more formally than by taking part in the conference conversations will be able to do so. The evenings are left free for the arrangement of special events arising in the course of the conference, including paper presentations.
