Enter your basic data and your Expression of Interest. Only you will be able to edit Your ASC 2013 Profile. |

Enter a paper proposal (if you are making one). You may edit your proposal between now and 21-Jul-2013, for your own reasons but also in response to reviews and comments from other conferees. |

|
Wait for your acceptance notification. |

|
|
Once accepted, go to the Conference Registration Site to set up your registration account* there, mark your event attendance, note your special needs (if any) and pay your registration fees. Since your acceptance is not confirmed yet, you are not yet advised to do this. |

|
|
Book your accommodation. (The conference organisers will not act as middlemen in arranging accommodation. It is up to conferees to make their own arrangements, including deposits and payments, directly with accommodation providers.) |

|
|
Join the online discussion of Expressions of Interest and received Paper abstracts linked on the Participants page. |
* Those claiming student status should be active full time students in a university or similar, and are asked to bring proof of their status in the form of a valid student card to be charged the reduced student rate for attendance. We do not include as students those with lecturing and other jobs, who are also studying, except under very particular circumstances (ask us).
