Biographical Info: I have recently graduated from the University of Bolton with a first class honours degree in Counselling and Psychology. Following this I now hope to continue on the academic pathway and start my PhD in the area of compassion, compassion fatigue/satisfaction, and wellbeing. I also work in the mental health sector at a local charity organisation, more specifically in the development and facilitation of mutual support groups with the aim of helping promote recovery. When not doing the above I enjoy running, walking, hiking and exploring new places.
