Peter Bednar’s Expression of Interest

In organizational environments people act and work with problems on daily basis. I am interested in the reflective process when professional knowledge workers are engaging with purposeful change activity in their organizational environment. When people who work with complex and uncertain problem spaces make an effort to together pursue desireable change including the development of better problem solving capability in practice. This usually starts with action which is reflected upon and explored from multiple and holistic perspectives as part of an continuous change activity and ongoing problem resolution.
