Biographical Info: I have been working with technology in education for the past 25 years, and often been puzzled by what works, and (perhaps more often) by what does not work. I have found cybernetics to provide many ideas and approaches which can help me to understand this. I am now Professor of Educational Cybernetics at the University of Bolton, UK.

I am from Wales, and consider myself to be a European.
