Biographical Info: Dr. Raman Kumar Agrawalla is a Ph. D. in Economics from the Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), University of Delhi. He has more than two decades of academic and industry experience.
Since 2005, he has been serving in Tata Consultancy Services and has assumed various roles like Senior Scientist/ Business Systems Manager (Business Systems and Cybernetics Centre), IP Manager and Head of the Strategic Initiatives in the INS1 in the organization. A Senior Consultant with TCS, he has been named as a “Leading Scientist of the World 2013” by International Biographical Centre, Cambridge, England. Dr. Raman is a Member, Program Committee, for ‘International Conference on Cybernetics, Information Technology, Systems and Applications’. Got best-paper awards in the CITSA 2007 and 2008. He is also a Member of the Scientific, Organizing Committee of “The Applied Stochastic Models and Data Analysis International Conference (ASMDA, 2013). He is a Member of the American Economic Association, IEEE Society. Till the other years, he was member of the International Econometric Society and ASC. Participated in the visioning exercise in the ASC during 2009-10. He is also a Life-Member of ‘Indian Science Congress Association’, All India Management Association and ‘Indian Econometrics Society’ and was a Member of its Executive Committee for 2008-09.
